Simple Tips To Perform Your Own Numerology Calculation

Most people might think that it is quite intimidating to make use of a numerology calculator but in reality, it is actually very easy. While it is very hard to properly interpret an entire numerology chart with all important core numbers and a lot of secondary numbers, the actual calculation of the numbers is so simple and can be done by anyone in just a few minutes.

If you still remember Pythagorean numerology, all numbers are computed using the birth date and the person’s full complete name. Certain numbers require only the date of birth, others are calculated from the full complete name and a few numbers ask for both information. Furthermore, certain numbers take all the letters in the full name as necessary, while others only require the vowels or consonants.

In short, the basic particular rules slightly differ with each numerology calculation, however the basic principle or means of calculation is the just the same for each number.

For a specific example, let’s calculate the life path number of a person whose birthdate landed on the 18th of March, year 1982. For you to get this number, you need to reduce the birth date, the month and the year to a single number and then combine (add) these 3 numbers and reduce it again to a single number. Yet bear in mind that there is one exception to this rule – the master numbers, 11 and 22 cannot be reduced to single numbers.

To perform the calculation:

From the day of birth, you have to get the following single digit number: 18 = 1+8 = 9.

As for the month (March) you have to make it 3 and for the year you get: 1982 = 1+9+8+2 = 20 = 2+0 = 2

Lastly, you need to add up all the single digits to get the life path number: 9+3+2 = 14 = 5

Seemed easy, right? Just take note that the basic principle is the similar for all numerology calculations. Again, you simply have to add up the numbers of the birth date or the numbers that correspond with the letters in the name (e.g.  A=1, B=2, C=3, etc.) and reduce them to single digits.
